RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the unused product(s) you ordered, you may return the items for an exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery with the exception of any product that has been discontinued, or is a special-ordered product such as Forged wheels or custom painted wheels. These items are non-returnable. FIT CHECK WHEELS ON VEHICLE PRIOR TO MOUNTING TIRES ON WHEELS. YOU MOUNT THEM, YOU OWN THEM. There is a minimum 20% restocking fee on all returned items. Please contact us prior to returning any items (309) 8239-1367. All shipping charges incurred on an exchange or return will be the responsibility of the buyer. All products must be in new condition and in original packaging for exchange or return to take place. We recommend that you buy insurance to cover the full amount of the products you are returning. If a product is returned in any condition except new, then an exchange or refund will not be issued, and the items will be returned at the buyer's expense. If an error is made on the shipment, please contact our office immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the situation. We will not expedite any products due to improper manufacturing packaging or if product(s) are damaged during shipping. (309) 829-1367

 

CANCELLATIONS

1) Any order that is cancelled once it has been processed will be charged a minimum $100.00 order cancellation fee; this does not apply to wheel & tire packages. See below for wheel & tire package cancellations.

2) Any customer who requests to cancel a wheel & tire package order after it has been internally processed, and or mounted & balanced, and or prepared for shipping, and or has shipped will be charged a minimum 20% processing/handling / restocking fee. (See Returns/Exchanges) This does not apply to any specially ordered / custom-built product, such as Forged wheels or custom-painted wheels. These orders are non-cancelable and non-returnable. I acknowledge that I am ordering a custom-built product from Perfection Wheels that is a non-cancellable order once I make payment. By making payment in any form to Perfection Wheels, I accept these conditions.

Q: Why am I charged a cancellation fee?

A: When you place an order with us via phone call, our website, or in person, we are paying employees to process these orders, do data entry, & time to issue refunds. Many products must be ordered in which we incur shipping charges & if the product is returned to the vendor, we have restocking fees from the manufacturers. These fees add up very quickly.

Q: What if I need to cancel because I wrecked my vehicle, or I traded in my vehicle, or someone stole my vehicle, or my spouse/partner found out, or I lost my job?

A: Our policy still applies.

 

CHANGING AN ORDER

Any order that has been changed due to the customer's request will be charged a minimum $100.00 order change fee. This does not apply to Special Ordered products such as Forged wheels and custom-painted wheels. These orders are unchangeable and non-cancellable.

Q: Why am I being charged to change my order?

A: We incur charges on almost every product brought into our facility. If an order is changed, we have now paid fees for the original product and potentially the new product to complete the shipment. We also have to pay our employees to take care of the additional paperwork and handling of the product.

 

WHEEL RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Only wheels that have not been mounted with tires, are in their original boxes, and were purchased in the last 30 days, may be returned. There will be a 20% restocking fee charged on all returns and exchanges. There will be no exceptions to the restocking fee. The installer MUST test each wheel on the vehicle before mounting tires to verify fitment. Once a tire is mounted on a wheel, it is NON-RETURNABLE. Our return form MUST be accompanied by ALL returns and exchanges before credit is given. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Purchase insurance on return shipping!

TIRE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Only tires that have NOT been run on the vehicle and were purchased in the last 30 days may be returned. Tires MUST have the manufacturer's sticker intact. There will be a 20% restocking fee charged on all returns and exchanges. There will be no exceptions to the restocking fee. Our return form MUST be accompanied by ALL returns and exchanges before credit is given. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We do not arrange to pick up any returns.

TIRE & WHEEL FITMENT

Perfection Wheels are not responsible for any Wheel or Tire Width or Height regulations in your state or any Federal law. You are responsible for checking any Local or Federal laws before purchasing. By purchasing anything from Perfection Wheels you assume all liability for installing products that will violate your Local or Federal laws pertaining to vehicle height, width, bumper height or headlight height. Some vehicle applications may require additional modifications to allow for proper fitment. For example, suspension changes or spacers to allow the wheel to clear brake components.

Tires Listed May Be of a Lower Load Rating Than Factory Specifications. If You Have A 3/4- Or 1-Ton Truck, A 125Q Tire Rating or More Is Recommended. By Purchasing This Tire, You Assume All Liability for Use at Your Discretion.

Due to the ever-changing design of vehicles & wheels we cannot guarantee fitment of certain center caps on vehicles older than 10 years from today's date. If you have an older truck or SUV with manual hubs or large rear hubs, please contact us about fit. In certain instances, center cap clearance can be achieved by using wheel spacers. Manual hub vehicles may need to cut the center of the cap out to access hubs. Center caps are not designed to cover manual hub trucks or SUVs.

 

TIRE & WHEEL PACKAGE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Only wheel and tire packages that have not been installed or run on the vehicle and were purchased in the last 30 days may be returned. Tires MUST have the manufacturer's ID sticker intact. There will be a 20% restocking fee charged on all returns and exchanges. There will be no exceptions to the restocking fee. Our return form MUST be accompanied by ALL returns and exchanges before credit is given. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We do not arrange to pick up any returns.
